Mughal Dreams Five Drop Earrings
The Mughal Dreams five Drop Earrings are made of 18k yellow gold and feature crystal.
These earrings were inspired by the ‘Bejwelled Treasure’ exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum, which showed an astounding collection of Mughal gems from the Al Thani collection. Pippa was transfixed by the size and power of the diamonds on show – the loose, large uneven facets allowing the raw gemstone to be the focal point. The stones retained their natural beauty and original shape and had not been transformed into something unrecognisable, which Pippa believes often happens to modern day diamonds. Following the old diamond cuts, the crystal glimmers and glows in its golden setting.
